Authorities say Miami police officers shot and killed 31-year-old Rudy Eugene& off the MacArthur Causeway after they caught him eating another man’s face.

The victim suffered severe facial trauma and needed help breathing when rescue teams arrived. The man was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
