Professional sports is a business. & Most of us realize that. & However, to the younger fan generation, it’s good to know that they have that glimmer of hope for the best.
A young fan named Joseph Armento sent new San Francisco 49ers runningback Brandon Jacobs some moneyto stay with the New York Giants, where he spent the first seven years of his career.
In the letter, sent by his mom to Jacobs, the six-year-old was upset that the Giants let go of two of his favorite players in reciever Mario Manningham and Jacobs bwcause they didn’t have enough money, & So, he sent Jacobs a total of $3.36 to stay with the Giants (which of course didn’t happen).
Jacobs posted the note as a pic on his Twitter account (@gatorboy45) and mentioned that he may pay him a surprise visit.
