Lucy Pavlovsky, a woman present in the VIP room at WIP during the infamous Drake/Chris Brown fight, suffered deep gashes on her arm from the flying bottles, which needed 12 stitches to close up.

The woman’s lawyer, Javier Solano, revealed to TMZ that Lucy ducked down once the bottles started flying, but she didn’t realize the back of her arm was gashed open and “gushing blood” until she went outside. Solano says Lucy took a cab to the nearest hospital, where she got stitches and a tetanus shot.

Lucy was interviewed by NYPD officers, who are currently gathering information to file a possible criminal complaint. Solano revealed that Lucy’s main target is the club, but she isn’t ruling out suing Drake or Chris Brown.

“At this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant. I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable.”
